  • Spent the 2021-22 seasons at Northeastern University where he led the team with a .348 batting average in 2021 and earned Freshman All-America honors
  • Hit .208 in 2022
  • Transferred to Seton Hall where he earned first team All-Big East at shortstop in 2023
    • Led the Pirated with 69 hits, 44 runs, 17 doubles and 46 RBI in ‘23

  • Also led the ALPB with a .998 OPS and 41 doubles
  • Ranked fourth in the league with 59 extra base hits, sixth with 90 runs and seventh with 240 total bases
  • Spent the 2024 season in the Mexican League with Chihuahua
  • Third team All-ACC at Florida State in 2018 and a first team pick in 2019
  • Second team All-American by Baseball American in 2019
  • Earned Freshman All-America honors in 2017
  • Earned All ACC Tournament honors in 2017 at first base and in 2018 at third base
  • Drafted in the third round of the 2019 MNLB Draft by the Washington Nationals
  • Professional debut with Hagerstown in the South Atlantic League in 2019 where he hit .264
  • Spent three years in the Nationals organization, reaching Class AA Harrisburg in 2021
  • 2018: Finished 18th in the ACC in batting with a .313 average, Academic All-ACC
  • 2019: first team All-ACC, second team All-American, Academic All-ACC
    • Led the ACC in walks, second in on-base at .471
  • Returns to the Atlantic League after spending the 2023 season in Chihuahua in the Mexican League
  • Led the Atlantic League in hitting with York in 2023, posting a .346 average
  • Was third in the league with a .437 on-base percentage and eighth with a .561 slugging percentage
  • Led the ALPB with a .998 OPS in 2023 while also posting a league-high 41 doubles
  • Banged out 59 extra base hits in ‘23
  • Hit .346 with 15 homers and 87 RBI in 2023 while playing for the York Revolution
  • Was named an ALPB Postseason All-Star in 2023 and was also the first baseman on the All-Defensive team

  • Drafted in the 4th Round of the 2017 MLB Draft by the Chicago Cubs
  • Played collegiately at Cal Poly
  • Signed a Minor League deal with the Diamondbacks in June of the 2024 season after rehabbing from injury, pitched at Rk/AAA Reno
  • Worked 27.2 innings over 23 appearances, walked 16 and fanned 25 with Reno
  • Released by the Cubs and signed a Minor League deal with the Phillies, spent time between A/AA/AAA in 2023
  • Dealt with flexor strain in 2023, pitched only 18.2 innings between four levels of Phillies org, including MLB
  • Pitched in just one game at the MLB level with the Phillies in 2023, allowed four runs in one inning
  • Made his MLB debut in 2022 with the Cubs after posting a 2.79 ERA with AAA Iowa in 28 games
  • Pitched in 25 games for the Cubs, finishing with a 4.67 ERA in 27 innings, walking 12 and striking out 21

  • Went 2-5 on the season with a 4.57 ERA in 14 appearances including nine starts
  • Fanned 45 in 43.1 innings while allowing 48 hits
  • Spent five seasons in the Giants organization after being selected in the 15th round by the Giants in 2018
  • Posted a 10-2 record at UNCG in 2018 with a 3.45 ERA
  • Struck out 116 in 91.1 innings as a junior in 2018 to rank fifth in the SoCon in strikeouts per nine innings
  • Struck out 241 hitters in 256.2 career innings as a Spartan
  • Went 23-9 as a collegiate pitcher

Kent Emanuel

  • Former UNC Chapel Hill pitcher who has spent parts of two seasons in the Majors
  • Made 12 appearances for Miami in 2024, all in relief, striking out 12 in 17.2 innings
  • Also pitched with Houston in 2021, appearing in 10 games with a 2.55 ERA
  • A third round pick of the Astros in the 2013 MLB Draft after leading the Tar Heels to the College World Series
  • Named the ACC Pitcher of the Year and All-America honors in 2013 after going 11-5 with a 3.14 ERA
  • First team All-ACC selection in 2012 and 2013
  • Member of the 2013 ACC All-Tournament Team and ACC All-Academic Team
  • Semifinalist for the Golden Spikes Award and Dick Howser Award
  • Led the ACC with five complete games and three shutouts in 2013
