ADA parking will be located on Gatewood Avenue right outside Truist Point. There are only 21 spaces available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Vehicles must display valid tags while parked in these spaces or will be subject to towing at owners expense.
ADA seating is located all throughout the ballpark on the main concourse. Select locations include along the third base side behind Sections 101 and 103, as well as down the right field line behind Sections 115, 116, and 117.
In compliance with North Carolina State law, anyone under the age of 21 will not be served alcohol. A valid form of identification is required to purchase alcohol. Violators of the law will be removed from the premises and reported to the appropriate authorities.
Fans are permitted to bring their dog to the game. Upon arrival at Truist Point, you must bring your dog to Guest Services and register your pet to receive a wristband. Dogs may be moved and/or removed if they create a disturbance.
An ATM is located outside the center field gate, along N. Elm Street, that is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
While fans are encouraged to ask for autographs from our players and mascot, we ask that you please be courteous to the players and HYPE, as well as to those fans that are nearby. Keep in mind that both players and HYPE will try to accommodate as many fans as possible, but are subject to other obligations both before and after the game. We ask that fans please refrain from trying to get an autograph from a player during the game.

All bags are subject to inspection prior to entering the ballpark. See “Items Not Permitted” for a detailed list of illicit items. In order to speed up the process of inspection, fans are asked to bring clear bags to any and all events at Truist Point.

Banners and signs are not allowed in the ballpark as they will obstruct the view of other fans.
Those who wish to bike to the ballpark can make use of any of the bicycle parking racks located outside the Home Plate Gate on Gatewood Ave. Please properly secure all bikes and valuables as the High Point Rockers are not responsible for any items lost or stolen.

All home Rockers games will be broadcast live on FLO Baseball. Fans can also listen to an audio only stream via the Mixlr app.
Cameras and video equipment are permitted. Fans may not reproduce the game or interfere with other fans’ enjoyment of the game.
Guests are permitted the use of cellular phones so long as the use of the phones will cause not interference with the players, and fellow guests’ enjoyment of the game. For guest safety, it is encouraged to keep cell phones away in order to pay close attention to the game.

The Rockers reserve the right to eject any person(s) whose behavior is considered unruly or found illegal. Game tickets will be collected without refund and the individual will be escorted from the ballpark. Ejected guests trying to re-enter the ballpark may be arrested for trespassing.
There is one elevator located behind Section 102. Fans who wish to use the elevator for any reason are asked to please contact a Rockers staff member first.
In the event of an emergency, please follow the directions of the PA announcer as well as instructions shown on the stadium video board. If an evacuation is necessary, please head towards the nearest gate in a calm, orderly fashion. If there is a life-threatening situation, call 911.

Fans behaving in an inappropriate manner may be subject to ejection. Such behavior includes, but is not limited to, offensive or abusive language, throwing objects onto the field, and any behavior that interferes with the game or other fans’ enjoyment of the game. Clothing that is offensive or abusive is not permitted. Those wearing such clothing will be asked to remove it, turn it inside out, or be subject to ejection.
Only authorized personnel with proper ID are allowed on the field. All violators are subject to ejection and prosecution.
First Aid is located on the concourse at Guest Services behind Section 107 and is provided by High Point Fire and EMS. A Paramedic/EMT is on duty during every Rockers game and select special events.
Fans may keep any foul ball that is hit or thrown into the stands. However, any ball or bat thrown can potentially be dangerous. Please stay alert at all times.

Gates are located behind home plate on the corner of Gatewood and Lindsay Street, in center field on Church Ave. and Elm St., and outside the right field wall on Appling Way.
For all games, gates will open 30 minutes prior to the scheduled game time.
Most giveaway items are distributed to a certain number of people (ex. the first 2,500 fans, the first 1,500 fans 14 and younger, the first 1,000 fans 21 and older, etc.) As soon as the gates open, that quantity is given out. If you are interested in the item that night, we recommend that you arrive early.

The High Pint is our craft beer bar located behind Section 104 featuring a variety of North Caroline craft beers. The High Pint also serves as the Rockers official merchandise shop with a wide selection of Rockers Wear and team memorabilia. The craft beer bar remains open until the beginning of the eighth inning while the merchandise shop will remain open until after the game.
Come to the ballpark and sit in seats from legendary stadiums such as Yankee Stadium, Fenway Park, Rosenblatt Stadium, Fulton County Stadium, The Metrodome, Wrigley Field, Dodger Stadium, Citizens Bank Park, AT&T Park. This specialty group seating area can be booked for a group of up to 50 people by calling (336) 888-1000 or emailing [email protected]. Fans may also purchase individual tickets for those seats on the day of a game, so long as the section is not booked by a group.

No outside food or beverage is allowed to be brought into Truist Point. Lawn chairs, signs and banners, inflatables, hammocks, glass, alcohol, weapons, balloons, horns, laser pointers, drones, and other missile-like objects will not be permitted into Truist Point. For the comfort and security of our guests, Rockers management reserves the right to not allow hazardous or disruptive items (i.e. heelies, obtrusive noise makers, etc.) into Truist Point. The list of items not permitted is subject to change throughout the year or by event.

The Rockers offer complimentary admission to children three years of age and under, provided they are accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket. These children must sit in the lap of the accompanying adult and not occupy an additional seat. If a seat is occupied by the child, then a ticket must be purchased.

Lost articles will be held for 30 days. Guests may bring lost and found items to the Guest Services Booth or call the Rockers Front Office at (336) 888-1000.
Children and parents who have become separated should immediately be escorted to Guest Services located behind section 107. After all game day staff are informed that a child is missing, all entrances and exits will be tightly monitored and staff will begin strategically searching for the missing individual.

For the safety of all guests, Truist Point has a strict no re-entry policy unless otherwise specified. Please make sure to prepare all necessary items in advance such as medicine, sunscreen, jackets, paperwork, phones, cameras, and any other items you may need during the course of your visit to Truist Point.
The Rockers have a strict No Smoking policy throughout the ballpark. There is a designated smoking area on the concourse adjacent to the Home Plate Gate behind home plate.

- If you wish to take the Amtrak, the ride time from Greensboro is 21 minutes. From Charlotte it is a one hour and thirty minute ride.

The Rockers will make every effort to play any and all games, no matter the forecast. Updates will be provided throughout the day on the Rockers website and social media pages.In the event that a game is postponed due to rain, fans may exchange their tickets for any Rockers home game during the current Rockers season. There are no cash refunds for tickets, and dates for ticket exchanges are subject to ticket availability. A complete game consists of 4 ½ innings if the High Point Rockers are in the lead and five innings if they are trailing or the score is tied. In the event that inclement weather forces postponement of any game prior to that point, the High Point Rockers rain check policy takes effect.
There is a no refund policy.

Scalping tickets is prohibited on stadium grounds including the vicinity of entry gates and ticket offices. Anyone found to be scalping tickets on the premises of Truist Point will be asked to leave.

In the event of a security problem, please notify a uniformed police officer, security personnell, Rockers security staff, or report to the Guest Services Booth.

Umbrellas are permitted in the ballpark. For the safety and consideration of your fellow guests, please do not open your umbrella in crowded areas. Please do not obstruct the view of your fellow guests. Those obstructing the view of a fellow guest will be asked to lower their umbrella.

V.I.P. parking is only for full season suite and loge box holders. This parking lot is located near the V.I.P. entrance at 214 Lindsay Street. Game day availability is subject to change and costs $5 per car. Season ticket holders may purchase a VIP Parking Pass by contacting the Rockers Ticket Office.

The concourse of Truist Point is ADA Compliant and features an elevator located at Section 102. There is a ramp located at the Gatewood Avenue (Home Plate) gate as well the Appling Alley (Right Field) Gate. The Elm Street (Center Field) Gate is on level ground and able to be accessed by all patrons.
Fans purchasing tickets over the phone or online may pick up their tickets at the Will Call office located at the Home Plate Box Office along Gatewood Avenue. Guests must have proper photo identification to pickup their tickets.
