- In February of 2023, Warner signed a minor league contract with the Chicago White Sox organization.

2022
- On April 4, 2022, Warner signed a minor league contract with the Seattle Mariners Organization.
- He was assigned to the Triple-A Tacoma Rainiers where he made 33 appearances. Warner compiled a 5-3 record with a 5.21 ERA and 72 strikeouts over his 86 innings of work.
2021
- Warner returned to play for Memphis for the 2021 season where he appeared in 41 games.

2020

2019
- He returned to play for the Double-A Springfield Cardinals and was named a Texas League All-Star.
- Warner appeared in 15 games for Springfield, collecting a 3.83 ERA with a 4-6 record. He was then promoted to play for the Triple-A Memphis RedBirds again and he remained here for the remainder of the 2019 season.
2018
- Warner began the 2018 season with High-A Palm Beach Cardinals where he appeared in 12 games and compiled a 3-3 record with a 3.41 ERA. He was then promoted to the Double-A Springfield Cardinals.
- He appeared in only six games with Springfield before being promoted a second time to the Triple-A Memphis RedBirds.
2017
- Warner went 6-1 with a 4.01 ERA, over 16 appearances during his time with River City before his contract was purchased by the St. Louis Cardinals.
- He was assigned to the rookie-level Cardinals and was briefly elevated to the High-A Palm Beach Cardinals due to a shortage of relief pitchers. He pitched three scoreless innings and earned the win in relief in his only appearance.
- He was later promoted to the Single-A Peoria Chiefs where he appeared in nine games and compiled a 3.00 ERA.
2016

- Warner collected a 4-4 record with 12 starts and finished with a 3.67 ERA.
