President
A veteran of Minor League Baseball, Fisch began his career in baseball in 1989, holding management roles in multiple locations. A former Vice President/Assistant General Manager for the Hickory Crawdads, Carolina Mudcats, and Winston-Salem Warthogs, he has tremendous experience in fan engagement and venue management. Most recently, Fisch spent five years with Wake Forest University as the Associate Athletic Director of Fan Engagement/Venue Management/Championships.
In 2022, Pete was named the Atlantic League Executive of the Year.
Assistant General Manager
She joined the club prior to its first game in 2019 and has had a hand in every bit of success that the Rockers have enjoyed during their first four years of existence. Caroline was instrumental in keeping the team relevant during the Covid-19 pandemic and in its success both before and after. She has been an integral part of why High Point’s Truist Point has been named the Atlantic League Ballpark of the Year in two of the last three seasons.
Cooling started with the Rockers as an account executive, working to sell season tickets and group ticket packages. She moved into corporate partnerships and developed the Rockers’ first apparel partnership.
Cooling, a graduate of the University of North Carolina, worked with the Diamond Heels for three seasons within the marketing and in-game promotions department. She also served an internship with the Charlotte Checkers and joined the Rockers prior to their first game in 2019.
A past President of the High Point Jaycees, Cooling has also served as the Chairman of the Board. She is a 2021 recipient of the Triad Business Journal’s “20 in their 20s” award.
Promotions & Fan Experience Coordinator
Jeriq joins the Rockers for the 2024 season as the team’s Promotions and Fan Experience Coordinator. A Winston-Salem State graduate, Jeriq finished school with a degree in Sport Management / Marketing.
Jeriq, has worked for various professional sport organizations prior to the Rockers. He has worked as a Game Day Operations Lead with the Carolina Cobras, Social Media Coordinator for the Carolina Thunderbirds, and Director of the Buzz Brigade for the Greensboro Swarm. Jeriq also coaches JV Basketball at Walkertown High School.

Facility Operations Manager
Kyle Freier joins the Rockers full-time in 2024 previously working as a Facility Operations Assistant in 2023 with the team. A Western Carolina University attendee, Kyle graduated in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. In Cullowhee, Kyle also held a Media Relations Apprenticeship where he helped organize and manage many sporting events.
Kyle has previous work experience in professional baseball as a Stadium Operations Intern with the Asheboro Zookeepers in 2022.

Special Events & Merchandising Manager
Morgan joins the Rockers in 2024 as the organization’s Special Events & Merchandising Manager. Morgan attended Guilford College and graduated with Honors while obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Sports Management with a minor in Administration. While attending Guilford, Morgan played on the Women’s Varsity Soccer Team while playing goalkeeper. As a student-athlete, she achieved the following academic honors: 8-time Guilford College’s Student-Athlete Honor Roll, 5-time Dean’s list, and 4-time ODAC All-Academic Team.
After her tenure at Guilford College, Morgan attended the University of Illinois (Urbana-Champagne, Illinois) in 2021 and received her Master of Science in Recreation and Sport Tourism.
Morgan has previous work experience in sports while working as a Sales/Marketing Administrative Assistant with the Greensboro Grasshoppers and as the Head of Administration with the Pinetop Swim and Tennis Club.

Social Media/Community Relations Coordinator
Andie is gearing up with her first season with the High Point Rockers, after joining the organization in November 2024. She serves as the Community Marketing, Social Media Coordinator where she oversees the community initiatives & digital strategy. Prior to High Point, she worked as the Social Media Coordinator for the Fayetteville Woodpeckers.
Baseball is a huge part in Andie’s life as she comes from a baseball family and her husband, Brennan, is the lead broadcaster for the Daytona Tortugas.
Andie jokes, but often says when she’s not at the ballpark, she’s at another. She graduated from the University of North Texas with a degree in Public Relations and Sports Media in 2019.

Director of Sales
Blair joined the organization in 2023 as Director of Sales, overseeing team partnerships and group sales. Blair graduated from Appalachian State University and has a master’s degree from Western Carolina University in Sport Management. Blair has many years of experience in the sports industry, including his roles as the sponsorship sales lead for Valparaiso University athletics and as a public relations executive for NASCAR team Dale Earnhardt Inc.

Business Manager
Sherrie Poplin joined the High Point Rockers staff early in 2022 in the role of business manager. An experienced professional, Poplin has experience in accounting, purchasing, and management. A cum laude graduate of High Point University with a degree in business administration and economics, Poplin is the former owner of Dell, Inc., a furniture manufacturer in Thomasville, N.C. Sherrie is the mother of a son and a daughter and enjoys spending her free time watching baseball and basketball and participating in crafts.
Communications Director
Steve Shutt joined the Rockers in 2021 after spending 40 years in the athletic communications field, primarily at the college level. He most recently served for 13 years as the Associate Athletic Director for Athletic Communications at Wake Forest University.
In his role with the Rockers, Shutt assists the staff in all aspects of communications including publicity and public relations while continuing to develop relationships with the media.
Shutt has an extensive background in baseball including serving as the Tournament Director for the Southern Conference Baseball Championship from 2001-05 and as the play-by-play voice for Wake Forest baseball from 2012-15.
Shutt has spent time in college athletics as a sports information director, assistant AD and associate AD at Indian River State College, Bowling Green State University, New Mexico State University, and Wofford College as well as at Wake Forest and at the Southern Conference office. He is a 1980 graduate of Bowling Green where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in journalism.
He is the father of two adult children, Gabriela and Javier.
Ticket Salex Executive
Ryan Tenor, Jr., a ticket sales executive, joined the High Point Rockers in December 2024. His focus is on season and group sales.
Tenor has both a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from High Point University. He finished his undergraduate studies in 2023, graduating with a bachelor’s in sport management with minors in business administration and marketing. While earning his MBA at HPU in 2024, he was a graduate assist senior employer relations ambassador. A former intern with the Rockers, Tenor was a standout track and field athlete for the Panthers, winning the 2022 Big South Conference championship in the javelin. At West Iredell High School, he was a standout athlete in track, basketball and football, earning all-county honors in multiple track events.
Box Office Manager
Patrick joins the Rockers in 2024 as the organization’s Box Office Manager. A graduate of Eastern Michigan University, Patrick finished school with a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Sport Management and Marketing and was named to the Dean’s List all four years.
Patrick has previously worked in the professional sports world in various roles. He has worked as a Media Relations intern with the Michigan Bucks, a Ticket Sales Account Executive with the Colorado Springs Sky Sox, and a Ticket Sales Consultant with the Traverse City Pit Spitters.

Ticket Sales Executive
Michael York joins the Rockers in 2024 as a Ticket Sales Executive. Before the Rockers, Michael attended Carolina University and William Peace University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Sports Management. At William Peace, Michael participated on the school’s Varsity Mens Tennis Team.
Michael has previously worked in professional sports as a retail associate with the Durham Bulls in 2022.

Ticket Salex Executive
Kolby Vest joined the Rockers sales team in December 2024 as a ticket sales executive. She will work on season and group ticket sales.
Vest is a Ledford High School graduate who earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees at Coastal Carolina University. She graduated in 2023 with a bachelor’s in science, recreation sport management and added a master’s in sport management in 2024.
While at Coastal Carolina, she was a three-year member of the Chanticleer cheer squad, helping the team reach the NCA Nationals. Kolby was also a sport marketing intern in the athletics department as well as a recruiting intern with the Chanticleer football team. She has extensive experience with Maximum Cheer & Dance as an instructor and event manager intern.
Kolby and her twin sister Kayla were both track and field athletes at Ledford High. Kolby was also a four-time state champion in cheerleading for the Panthers.
Facility Operations Manager
Jackson Webb signed on as the facility operations manager at Truist Point in the fall of 2024 after serving in a similar position in Burlington. Webb was the Director of Sockville for the Burlington Sock Puppets of the Appalachian League. During his time there, Webb oversaw all facility operations among other responsibilities.
He had previously served as stadium operations manager and as an operations intern with the Sock Puppets.
A 2023 cum laude graduate of Elon University with a bachelor’s degree in sports management, he assisted in gameday operations with the Phoenix athletic department. Additionally, he served as an Athletic Event Management Assistant at the University of North Carolina during the fall of 2024.
Broadcast Operations Manager
Brendan Howe became the “Voice of the Rockers” prior to the 2023 season. Howe, a graduate of Dean College in Franklin, Mass. with a bachelor’s degree in sports broadcasting, had previously called games for the Peoria Chiefs in 2022, the Class A Midwest League affiliate of the St. Louis Cardinals.
In 2021, Howe handled the play by play for the Baton Rouge Rougarou of the Texas Collegiate League and prior to that, was the broadcaster for the Acadiana Cane Cutters, also in the Texas Collegiate League.
Howe’s experience includes broadcasting games for Dean College in baseball, basketball, football, lacrosse, soccer and softball. He has handled the play by play for the hockey games for the Northeast Generals of the NAHL, college basketball games for Assumption College, and college baseball contests in the Cape Cod League for the Hyannis Harbor Hawks. Howe has also worked in the New England Collegiate Baseball League where he was the broadcaster for the New Bedford Bay Sox.
Howe has gained additional experience as the founder, editor and writer for the Dean Daily and as the sports director for Dean’s radio station, WGAO FM.
