• Signed with the New York Mets 6/22/17 … Went 4-8 with a 5.65 ERA with the AAA Las Vegas 51s … Became a free agent 11/6/17.
2016
• Signed with the Boston Red Sox 2/11/16 and assigned to Pawtucket where he made one start (4.2 IP, no decision) before going to AA Portland (Eastern).
• Was 6-7 with a 4.48 ERA at Portland (30 APP, 20 GS, 2 SV, 126.2 IP, 145 K, 41 BB, 134 H).
• Elected free agency (11/7/16).
2015
• Pitched with Licey in the Dominican Winter League, going 2-6 with a 5.67 ERA (46 IP, 42 K, 9 BB, 46 H).
• Made 17 starts with the Lamigo Monkeys of the Chinese Professional Baseball League in Taiwan, going 8-7 with a 4.53 ERA.
2014
• Started the season at AAA Gwinnett (International), posting 1-3 record with 4.72 ERA (34.1 IP, 20 K, 17 BB, 33 H) before going to AA Mississippi (Southern) on 6/2/14.
• Recorded 6-1 record with 3.45 ERA with Mississippi Braves (107 IP, 90 K, 19 BB, 100 H).

2009
• Made his MLB debut 7/29/09 with one hitless inning vs. Houston … Appeared in 2 games with the cubs, allowing just one hit in two innings.
• Made 27 starts with Iowa, posting 8-12 record with 6.58 ERA (146.1 IP, 127 K, 52 BB, 164 H).
• Pacific Coast League Pitcher of the Week (8/31/09) with the Iowa Cubs.
2008
• Made 18 starts at Tennessee (9-6, 3.76 ERA, 18 GS, 110 IP, 88 K, 27 BB, 107 H) before moving to AAA Iowa (Pacific Coast).
• Posted 8-1 record with the Iowa Cubs with 4.80 ERA (10 GS, 54.1 IP, 44 K, 23 BB, 48 H).
2007
• Spent the majority of the season in Daytona (Florida State) where he was named to the Florida State League Midseason All-Star team.
• Went 8-7 with a 3.13 ERA at Daytona (20 GS, 115 IP, 88 K, 31 BB, 99 H) before going 1-1 at AA Tennessee (Southern).
• With the Tennessee Smokies, made seven appearances with four starts, pitching 26 innings with 18 strikeouts and 11 walks.
2006
• Spent the season at A Peoria (Midwest) and went 13-4 with a 2.41 ERA (138.1 IP, 110 H, 127 K, 53 BB).
• Named a Midseason Midwest League All-Star with the Peoria Chiefs while leading Iowa in wins.
2005
• Promoted to A- Boise (Northwest League) where he went 3-6 with a 5.03 ERA (15 GS, 73.1 IP, 59 K, 30 BB).
2004 (Northeast Guilford HS)
• Considered the No. 1 HS prospect in the state according to Baseball America.
• First team All-State Class 3-A along with Cameron Maybin (Marlins, Padres, Tigers, et al) of Asheville (T.C. Roberson HS).
• Selected in the seventh round of the 2004 MLB Draft.
• Had committed to Elon before being drafted.
• Started professional career in the Arizona Rookie League and went 2-2 with a 7.89 ERA.
